Product warranties run for two years from date of purchase on production of the original store receipt.

If you are not receiving any water flow through your Dental Water Jet please try the following steps:

1. Verify that the pause button is not stuck on.
2. Verify that the reservoir is firmly seated onto the unit.
3. Try turning up the water pressure on the handle.

If this is a new purchase, the unit will need to be primed before use. Please refer to your instruction manual for priming instructions.

If you are not receiving any water flow through your Dental Water Jet please try the following steps:

1. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to 500 ml of water.
2. Run about half of the solution through the unit and then stop and let stand for about 10 minutes (be sure to have jet tip in the handle to stop any leakage).
3. Run the remaining solution through and follow with a full reservoir of clean warm water.

Your Dental Water Jet will leak if solutions or water are left in the reservoir while the unit is not in use. Please pour out any remaining solutions or water from the reservoir before storage.
