Full Terms & Conditions 

1. The Church and Dwight Discount Code Scheme (the “Discount Code Scheme”) is only open to residents of the UK, excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) and its agents are excluded.
2. Redemption Period: Redeem your Discount Code between 00:01 on 18 March 2024 and 23:59 on 31 December 2024, inclusive.
3. Redemption: Visit  waterpik.co.uk, login or create a general public account by providing your details (full name and email address) along with a password, add a Full Price Waterpik Waterflosser to your virtual basket and enter the code “WATERPIK25” at checkout to redeem a 25% off discount on a Full Priced Waterflosser. You must be logged into your account to redeem your discount.
4. Further Discount Code Details: 
   a. A single Discount Code can only be redeemed on all Full Price Waterpik Waterflossers in your basket. 
   b. The Discount Codes are valid on Full Price Waterpik Waterflossers only and cannot be applied to alternative Products or Accessories. 
   c. The value of the Voucher cannot be transferred for use against any other service.
   d. A single Discount Code can only be redeemed once per customer. 
   e. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions or discounts. Only one Discount Code can be used at any one time on any one transaction. 
   f. Discount Codes cannot be sold or gifted to any third parties without Promoter’s consent. If the Promoter does give their consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Discount Code through the internet without the Promoter’s express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Discount Codes by you to a third party.
   g.Discount Codes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
   h. Discount Codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated Vouchers/Discount.
   i. The Discount Code must be presented by the holder at checkout only. If the holder presents the Discount Code at a later date it will be deemed invalid. 
   j. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Discount Code which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
   k. If you return the Waterflosser, you will lose the benefit of the Discount Code and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Maximum of 1 Discount Code can be redeemed per transaction. Maximum of 1 Discount Code per email address.
6. The Discount Codes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Discount Code Scheme or accepting or using a Discount Code, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
9. All personal data supplied for this Discount Code Scheme will be used for the purpose of this Discount Code Scheme and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Discount Code Scheme. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.churchdwight.co.uk/privacy-policy.aspx.
10. We reserve the right to amend the Discount Code’s terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
11. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
12. By redeeming a Discount Code, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
13. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
14. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
